Yes. Furniture in our sale is the same solid teak furniture, made from plantation-grown Indonesian teak covered by SVLK and FLEGT licensing.

Our products are warranted for one year from the date of delivery, for private domestic use within Australia. Free gift items are not covered, and nothing in the warranty limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale items are treated differently from full-price furniture, so please read our returns and cancellations policy before you order. It also sets out the charges that apply to any furniture that has been assembled or removed from its packaging.

Our standard delivery service covers addresses within roughly 200km by road of our depots at Scoresby (VIC), Chipping Norton (NSW) and Beenleigh (QLD). Standard delivery is a kerbside service, and any delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Where it is available, our Home Assembly & Package Removal service adds assembly of your furniture and removal of the packaging. If your address is outside our standard service area, please contact our team before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. Full details are on our delivery information page.

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and are subject to stock being available at the time you order. A stock notification does not reserve an item.
