We provide a 12-month warranty on all our products, starting from the date of delivery. This guarantee ensures that our items are fit for their intended use and free from manufacturing faults or defects. For the purposes of this warranty, “defects” are defined as imperfections in materials or workmanship that compromise the functionality or usability of the furniture or product.

Please note, natural occurrences such as small cracks or end grain checking are not considered defects, as they do not affect the strength, durability, or overall performance of your furniture.

Once your order has been delivered and accepted, you become responsible for its ongoing care and maintenance. We cannot accept liability for any issues caused by external factors such as dirt, bird droppings, stains, grease marks, or the growth of mould or mildew after delivery. This includes oil stains on the furniture, oil transfer to cushions or other surfaces (such as patio flooring, clothing, or other furniture), and any damage that results from neglect. Any neglect or improper care will invalidate the warranty.

If you discover a defect related to the materials or workmanship of any part or component, we will repair or replace the affected item in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that we do not offer monetary compensation in place of repairs or replacements. If a replacement is required, it will be for the same product model only.

This warranty does not cover items that have been treated, painted, modified, or dismantled after purchase, nor does it apply to bespoke items or free gifts. In such cases, we will aim to repair any damage that falls within the scope of this warranty. Each piece of furniture is covered as a separate item; if one item from a set develops a fault, we will repair or replace that individual piece only. The entire set will not qualify for replacement. Additionally, cushions that have been machine washed are not covered by this warranty.

Please be aware that our warranty does not apply to products shipped overseas.

To make a warranty claim, please email us with clear images of the damage and your order details. We aim to acknowledge all warranty claims within two working days and will work to resolve your issue promptly and effectively.
